Requirements for Files on CD, Zip Disk, Floppy Disk, or E-mail

• Be sure all disks are labeled with your name and company name.
• Send only Copies of the files – NEVER the originals.
• Use only Spot Colors in the Pantone uncoated color library, be sure to list them.
• Convert all type in Illustrator, Indesign, and Freehand to outlines or paths.
• Include all graphic & art files used in document.
• Make sure all color management options are OFF.
• Include printer & screen fonts. We accept only PostScript or TrueType Fonts.
• Do Not use styles or attributes.
• Define hairline rules as .25 point rule.
• Page sizes should be correct for the item ordered.
• Save graphic files in EPS or TIFF formats.
  We do not accept PICT, JPEG, or GIF files.
• Image scan resolution should be 300 dpi for grayscale & CMYK images.
  Use 600 dpi for line art.
• Use line screen of 150.
• Place all scans at 100% or smaller (enlargements compromise quality).
• Define all colors as spot in both graphic and page layout applications.
• Any screened art should be between 20% and 40%.
  Anything lighter may not reproduce any anything darker may fill in solid.
• Rotate, scale and crop all images before placing on page.
• Proofread all your files. We are not responsible for errors in submitted files.
