files via e-mail at graphicdesign@insta-copy.com

Any files that we receive are subject to charges for corrects manipulation or altering, based on the format and complexity or the file set up. You will be notified of the charges.

Applications

We accept files created in the following native applications.

• Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or earlier
• Adobe PhotoShop 7.0 or earlier
• Adobe Indesign 2.0 or earlier
• Adobe Pagemaker 6.5
• Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or earlier
• Macromedia Freehand 10 or earlier
• Acceptable compressed files: Stuffit Expander 7.0 or earlier (MAC)

Following is a list of requirements for any file submitted to us for printing purposes. Along with these requirements you must submit any special instructions, a list of the files that were submitted and a list of which files we are to print. Be sure to include Company Name, Contact Person, phone number, fax number, e-mail address.
